  This course is an extension of Beginning Painting and presents a more in-depth approach with emphasis on individual expression and principles of design. Students continue to explore new media and advanced techniques as a means of communication. Instruction focuses on problem solving and the enhancement of observational skill. Advanced Painting offers all new projects and challenges every semester, so students can continue discovering fresh ways to reinvent their art and theirselves.
